Baby J Update

Finally had Jacobs 2 month appointment today. Yes he is almost 3 months. He weighed 16 pounds! For reference at Chase's 4 month he was 12 pounds 15 ounces. So at a month younger than that Jacob is 3 pounds bigger. He is 90% for height and weight. The doctor commented so many times how easy going he was. He barely complained at his shots.

I put it on facebook but I have decided to try my hand at cloth diapering. So far so good but he's only had one poop. I am tired of trying to find deals on diapers and I don't mind laundry so I figured I would give it a try.

In other news, thanks to Irene we are getting a new roof! We had quite a few shingles come off the roof so we went ahead and put in a claim. They came out to do in the inspection and we were shocked to see that the insurance should cover most of the cost of a new roof.

Chase is starting a new preschool and AWANA tonight so hopefully I can get some pictures of that and post soon.

Hope Jacob does well with the shots. He is a big boy! And a cutie! Give both boys a kiss from Grandpop and Grandmom

He is so cute - enlarged his picture three times today at work. I definitely had work but wanted to put a smile on my face:)

Oh how that 'little' guy has grown! Such a precious smile and love the chunky legs - his shirt is too funny! I, too, had to enlarge the picture to enjoy it more!
Jacob's daddy had cloth diapers and they worked very well. Hope you get a system down and enjoy not purchasing diapers all the time! Grandpa LOVED them for cleaning rags when the original use was completed! They're just so soft and absorbant. Hope it works well for you.

What a cute little tanker he is!! Hazel is growing so fast and she was only 10 lbs. 4 oz. when she was 10 weeks old. :)
