Jacob gets to watch Mickey Mouse clubhouse on the iPad after his nap. We discovered several pictures of himself. We've been saying that this is going to be a big year for Jacob. He's already moved into a big boy bed but we still have to get rid of dummy (pacifier) and potty train. You can do it Jacob!

Christmas in Maryland

Finally getting around to around to posting pictures of our time at Christmas. The thought of putting them in order is overwhelming so in no particular order....

Gavin decided to give up sleep the last few nights so by 9:43 on the way home he was out!
Jacob decided he didn't want to sleep in the crib so we moved him to the bed. We decided it was a good time to move him to the bunk beds with Chase. Micah is in his old crib now...its nice having our room back!

We went to Rock N Tumble or whatever it was called with the Kauflins.
Chase was excited to be able to do the monkey bars.
Playing play-doh with grandmom.
We found some early reader books for Chase to read.
We went out to lunch before Steven and Melissa headed back to PA and after going to the train museum in Frederick.

At Brookside Gardens

Chase could watch the trains all day!
At the Nature Center - we kept the kids busy! Otherwise there would be fighting over trains :)

I got a Vitamix for Christmas! Thanks Brad and mom and dad!
Brad showing off his new jacket.
Chase was excited all day and kept asking when he could open a few more gifts.

The middles get to open a gift too!

We are finally settled after getting back from our Christmas trip up to Maryland. We celebrated with our family on Christmas Eve before heading up to Maryland on Christmas Day. We weren't planning on going to Maryland till the weekend but Brad was in his cousin's wedding on the 27th so he flew out from Maryland so I could be with my family.

We got up early with Micah and waited for the rest of the boys to get up!

We finally sent Jacob up to get Chase (Brad had to go into work for a little bit later in the morning). It was fun seeing Chase come downstairs and seeing the presents. Even though we don't "do Santa" I would say the excitement Christmas morning is not diminished at all!

Checking out the gifts while picking his bottom :) He will kill me for this later!

Reading the Christmas Story.

Putting Jesus on the Advent Calendar. The boys did pretty good taking turns opening the doors and putting the stuff on the calendar.

Starting off with the stockings.

Thanks grandma and grandpa for legos!

Chase wanted to open every gift and then play with them while Jacob took his time opening each gift and then wanted to play with it. I love seeing their different personalities!

Taking a quick break from presents to have breakfast.

Chase still LOVES trains. He was excited for this poster to put in his room.

Opening the big gift from grandmom and grandpop.

There is an ipad holder on it. You can download an app that has jumping games for the kids to do.
