Chase's Party

I know these are super late but I still wanted to post pictures from his party. Since he likes trucks I went with a construction theme and we bought the sandbox for him for his birthday.

Our neighbor works for Volvo and dropped this off for Chase a few days before his party. He didn't even know my theme so it worked out great!!

The Wedding!

Finally a few pictures from the wedding and reception. Our camera had a bad battery at the wedding so didn't get many there. We charged it up before the reception.

In between the wedding and reception the wedding party went on a limo ride around town and got some pictures. It was fun since we were both in the wedding!

Rehearsal Dinner

I'm finally getting around to posting some pictures from the wedding. We had a great time and I am so excited that they are finally married! First here are some pictures of the rehearsal dinner. Since my mom was in charge of it and I love party planning I enjoyed "helping" organize it. We went with a sports theme calling it the Wedding Tailgate and Steven and Melissa even said that we could all wear sports shirts! We went with tailgate food - pizza, subs and wings and had tons of sports pictures and decorations. I even convinced my mom to let me order golf balls with their name and wedding date imprinted as a party favor!

My in-laws came to help with the Chase for the weekend! We could not have done it without them. They freed us up to fulfill our duties and enjoy the weekend. Thank you so much!!

Busy Week

We've had a busy week here back in the states. After a long flight we arrived in time to celebrate Chase's first birthday with family and a few friends.

We have another busy week coming up with my brother's wedding in 3 days!!

Happy Birthday Chase!!

We can't believe that Chase is 1! He is a wonderful blessing and has brought us much joy this past year! We love his smile and laugh that can make the early mornings and frustrations fade away. We love showing him new things and places, we love watching him play (especially with Wagner), we love that he loves to eat (he is our son!) and we love teaching him about the Lord, praying that one day he makes the choice to accept Christ as his personal Lord and Savior.
