Classifications

With 4 kids now Brad and I are in the divide and conquer mindset. So we have come up with classifications to identify the pairings. I introduce you to...

The Middles. They probably get paired together the most. While Chase is at school or off with friends these two are together. Tonight Chase is at a fall festival with a friend so these two are hanging out in their PJs.

The Littles. I am with these two quite often :)

The Bigs. When we were up in Maryland over the weekend the bigs got to go with Daddy, Tiana, Uncle Kevin and Grandpop to get daddy's race bib in Washington DC to run the Army 10 Miler. They loved riding the subway train!

Help!

I've almost survived my first full week alone with the boys. I was on my own last week as well but Monday was a holiday. It can definitely get a little busy around here! The evening time especially when everyone is hungry! Its hard having 3 kids who can't really do anything on their own. Here are the pictures of all our help over the first 6 weeks.

Brad's parents drove out from Kansas to be with us for 10 days. Brad took one day of leave and everyone (but Micah and I) enjoyed a trip to Durham that included a train ride. Always a hit with our boys.

My mom came down for a week right after Brad went back to work.

My cousin Molly came down for 2 days and gave me the best birthday gift - help with boys :)

I begged my dad to come down on his three day weekend while Brad was on a work trip and then football game in Tennessee.

We couldn't not have done it without all of you! Thank you!! By the way the title of this post can be a double meaning. It is also my cry for help - anyone else want to visit?!

Busch Gardens

Last weekend we went to Williamsburg with the Watsons. The weather wasn't too great but we still had a lot of fun. Unfortunately we didn't do a lot of sleeping but we survived! The first day we went to Army Transportation Musuem on the Army Base where Brad did some training when he first enlisted. The trains were a big hit. Later that day most of the crew went swimming. The next day we ventured to Busch Gardens. It was drizzling on and off but not bad. We rode the train and a couple of kid rides. At lunch the rain started picking up afb our kids were getting tired so I took the 4 little kids (Jacob, Canaan, Gavin and Micah) back to the room to nap. Best decision ever! The older kids stayed and rode some more rides and did the train again while the daddies rode the big roller coaster. They came back to the room soaking wet but they said the kids didn't complain at all and loved it.

Random Picture Update

Even though football season is not looking too promising for our wildcats we still had a fun double date to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch football with friends.

Jacob loves Micah and loves to hold him. Which is cute...most of the time :)

Chase and daddy got to go to watch race cars at a local track.

I love holding a sleeping baby in my arms!

I think the only place we have gone with all 4 kids is church. It's still a little crazy.

We have been playing outside a lot and drawing with chalk. Chase still loves trains :)

We also like eating out on the porch on nice days. Someone likes spaghetti!

I have more pictures on the regular camera that I will hopefully upload soon.
