We had Brad's work party on Friday night to celebrate the most recent business trip the guys got back from. They made us girls wear the same uniform and told us it was going to get messy. It was fun being kids again!
K-Staters won 2 of the 3 "outstanding" awards. Represent!! I am so glad they said no water balloons - water guns I can handle.
Boys being boys! It went from water guns to fire extinguishers to straight buckets of water being dumped on people.
It was hard getting a picture without someone squirting water or making a funny face in the background!
My friend Hannah came to England for school but managed to fit in a night to come see us! It was a short visit but it is always nice seeing a familiar face and catching up!
I got the wagon as a baby shower gift and I am so excited to start using it! During our nice weather days we would take Chase on a wagon ride and I think he enjoyed it.
I love it that the wagon has cup holders! Chase and his friend Asher. Yes it is June and yes they are wearing jackets.
Hard to believe Chase is 11 months and his first birthday is right around the corner. He is crawling all over the place now and is beginning to pull himself up on stuff. We bought a bike seat for him. We are hoping to be able to use the bikes a little more this year. At first he wasn't sure about it but then he realized he liked it!
Attempted to give him his first haircut this week. The razor is very loud so we just settled for clipping around the ears.
I don't even know why I bother taking these pictures anymore. I can't get any good ones.
So this post is a little late but it's taken several days to upload all the photos. Maybe that is just a sign that we have too many photos. It's hard to narrow it down.
Salzburg is known for being the home of Mozart.
In Hellburn Palace.
The garden is known for having trick fountains. I want this table. Fresh water running through the middle to cool the wine and when the guests are getting out of control - just turn on the fountain!
We took a cable car up to a mountain for a good overview of the city.
It is sure different traveling with a kid. We got him to sleep once in my arms but had to go back for a nap everday and were in the room, lights out by 8pm.
Walking up to the fortress.
Chase exploring.
Another overview of the city.
We took a tobaggan ride. Chase loves slides so we thought he would like it. Neither of us could see his face so we hope he did.
Trying Austrian food. Weinerschnitzel wasn't too bad!
Um, can you say TOURIST!!
We went on a brewery tour and beer tasting. Chase loves playing - we sat him down with a few coasters and he was happy as can be!
